Harlesiel

Harlesiel is the ferry harbour between Carolinensiel and Wangerooge — the mainland landing for the Wangerooge ferry, from which the island train continues into the village. Heading to Wangerooge: park here (paid), change. The harbour itself: yacht and fishing port, the Friesen-Therme baths, the beach section on the outer dyke. Harbour festivals in summer. Get there: car via Carolinensiel.
